-Greeted customers as they came in for meetings. Answered phone calls and forwarded

them to the correct person.

-Ran weekly payroll for over 60 employees. Was responsible for running month end

reports for payroll and accounting to give to the accountant each month. Also maintained

employees records all year to make sure everything was correct for year-end reports and

for w2’s. Also was in charge of keeping up with the daily job tickets for one of our

customers and running invoices for them when the jobs were completed.
