Position: Team lead, Facilities Maintenance/Operation (1st January, 2006)

RESPONSIBILITIES.

Ensure preventive maintenance is carried out in all MTN buildings and

equipment

Mechanical, Electrical and Civil Maintenance services for all MTN Facilities.

Facilities Operations services for Technical and Non-Technical Facilities.

Development and Implementation of Maintenance Policies, Processes and Procedures.

Control Facilities Operations and Maintenance budgets.

Management of Facilities Operations and Maintenance Contract Implementation and Evaluation

Manage SLAs with the outsourced building maintenance contract and other departments as it relates to Facilities Maintenance and Business support Operations.

To manage in-house engineers and external contractors in the execution of Corrective maintenance on equipment (generators, plumbing system, power System etc.
