Position with duties including re-screening a minimum of 10% of negative pap slides, 100% of new hire slides, filling in/assisting chief with abnormal slides and serving on unit Quality Assessment (QA) Committee.

Also, worked extensively with the laboratory information computer application.

Other duties included identifying work flow issues, solving/documenting problems in all areas and communicating cytology related issues to cytotechs, students, the public, and other team members.
