Director of Operations, NISAB, LLC, Gilbert, AZ 02/2015 - 01/2016 As the company’s first hired employee I was responsible for creating a solid foundation for a medical device start up. I wrote a Business Plan, created training and sales presentation for sales team, developed metrics and action plans for sales team. Formulated hiring plan for sales team to commence January 2016. Negotiated new contracts with vendors reducing company expenses. Implemented plan to reduce cost per liner by 1/3, creating larger profit margin.
