I am responsible for a growing fleet and maintenance team for 120 commercial and residential refuse

route trucks.

Division Team Leader

Five Division Locations.

This fleet is comprised of CNG and Diesel units.

Lead, coach and mentor and develop, other District Maintenance Managers and Route Supervisors, 27

mechanics, 3 Welders and 3 Maintenance Supervisors, 2 clerks.

I work closely with my Direct report, District Manager and Operations regarding all schedules, job

assignments and any others issues that arise in the District.

Acquisition/ Cost Control;
