Experienced with Windows XP, 7, 8 and some 10. Dual boot with Linux on home computers

Install, Setup and Troubleshooting on over 1,000 machines - supporting Networks, Windows, Office, Outlook.

Proficient in all aspects of PC troubleshooting, upgrades, builds, installs and repairs.

VoIP Fingerprint Phone System with 160+ wall units at

El Paso County Criminal Justice. Support for 8 ring-down units at the Metro Downtown Facility. Installed phone, punched down lines maintained hardware on 5 networked servers. Interacted daily with many of the 1300+ Inmates. Was site Liaison between Sheriff's office and Company HQ in New York and Mobile AL.

Computer Inventory and Disposition Technician

Closed down the Intel Fabrication Plant at GOG Campus. Recovered, inventoried, packed/shipped computer hardware. Secured, wiped and disposed of data and storage devices.
