Due to unexpected increases in charges, there was an energy price risk on Tesco’s financial results. Programme objective was to design, implement and monitor operational and behavioural actions to reduce energy costs by 3%.
oManaged and led the process design team to develop cost reduction initiative programme for Retail operations in anticipation of the energy price increase

Following the improvement in project management (see achievement 2), it was recognised that storage costs for renewable equipment were too high. Objective was to minimise storage costs for the business.
