Director Human Resources and Governmental Affairs, (Consultant Assignment) 2012 – 2014

Directed the HR and governmental affairs function for this five-state oil field services company. Handled human resource matters including growth through mergers, acquisitions and buyouts. Interfaced with the company president and chief financial officer as a human resource strategic business partner. Duties included coaching organizational development, lean management concepts, elimination of duplication of operations post acquisition and due diligence, management recruitment and site human resource development. Advised site operations management on HR protocols, security, immigration EEOC, ADA, FMLA, Safety, workers comp claims, salary wage administration and local government issues. Handled matters relating to homeland security and state and federal law enforcement.
