Glazed Porcelain Tile Plant Manager, Florence, AL (2014-2015)

Responsible for turn-around of this (recent acquisition of MarazziUSA) glazed porcelain plant of 210 employees with annual sales of approximately $100M.

First-time implementation of Dal-Tile’s Process Reliability system with data for improved decision-making.

Reorganized management team to place existing salaried personnel into successful contributing roles.

Hired key outside talent for positions of E.H. & S. Manager, Quality Manager, and Maintenance Manager/Plant Engineer.
