I manage the strategic planning of 55 associates within our Southeast Service Center. I am responsible for all facets of inventory management. Some of my responsibilities include:

Cash Application Manager

I managed the strategic planning and execution of 32 Cash Application analysts in a financial services environment. Core duties included the management of electronic funds transfers, which included lockbox processing as well as management of banking relationships to initiate process improvements while reducing banking fees. Performance metrics included IPHs and KPI for cash applications, billing and A/R.

Reduced Suspense and On Account receivables by $22M within 8 months.

Transformed business relationships through improved communication and SLAs.
