Principal Engineer for the planning and delivery of seven major completion projects, including selective zone frac-packs and High Rate Water Pack (HRWP). Exercised robust budget management and control, with accountability for the $16.6M capital budget. Crafted and implemented optimal procedures to ensure swift and effective interventions. Dealt with all aspects of vendor management, inclusive of supplier selection, contract negotiation, procurement and supplier monitoring. Delivered completions on four wells in 2015 and achieved 2737 BOPD; 1501 BOPD higher than expected EV IP rate

Led five complex well interventions, including water injections to support water drive production - with success in adding 930 BOPD and 2MMCF gas to the pipeline as well as saving the company a $2.6M CTCO

Achieved over $854M in Lean Sigma verified savings during 2015, including the research, planning and elimination of rigging-up for coil tubing and e-line that secured $310M of cost savings
