Xbox programs consisted of an average of 30 email launches per week, utilizing the database consisting of 200M+ records and 40M+ individual email addresses.

AT&T Wireless 1999 - 2003

Senior Manager – Marketing Communications/Direct Marketing

Led Direct Marketing communications efforts to the customer base to include strategic development, creative execution and delivery to customer. Efforts included service, cross-sell/up-sell, migration and general awareness messaging for wide range of products.

Launched 4 new data products – Text Messaging (TM), Ringtones, VoiceDial and Wireless Internet. For wireless internet, developed and implemented (to include project management) an automated, behavior triggered CRM communication strategy, designed to reduce churn and increase revenue. Included extensive market research to identify customer segment groups validated through segmentation testing -- offer, usage, cluster coding, messaging and vehicle (email/direct mail).

Launched and project managed the AT&T Wireless - FOX American Idol text messaging campaign to include sweepstakes – the first of its kind by a wireless carrier.
