Project Services / Document Control.

Performed project document control for various time-line driven projects and ensured that the quality of activities and document deliverables met the required standards.

Document Management and transmission using EDMS systems such as DV-TDM, Organice, SharePoint, ShareFile, and/or FTP Sites.

Interfaced with Project Managers, Project-Lead Engineers, Design coordinators-Drafters, and Project Administrators to ensure that schedules and deadlines were met.

Coordinated with Gulf’s Project Control Department to ensure that time-sensitive financial reports were transmitted to clients, as well as issuing weekly status deliverable reports to the Project Controller(s) and Project Manager(s).

Edited/updated information in the RMS database and kept inventory of onsite records.

Worked with the Technical Librarian and Document Control Coordinator on database management, scanning project documentation, and archival/retention of project work.

Liased with the Technical Librarian, Document Control Coordinator, and Technical Documents Manager to integrate information from the Pride Database to the Ensco/Meridian Database.

Participated in the company warehouse closeout/data inventory project for the department.

Imported and transferred metadata, engineering documents, drawings, and CAD drawings from the Pride database to the Ensco/Meridian database.
