Recent achievements include assisting to manage a Logistics Team with my previous employer which included the implementation of new procedures and innovative team working. Management of receiving and distribution of External/Internal mail to/from busy distribution centre on a daily basis. Supervision of product picking via line or store picks to ensure the right product, arrives at the right store, at the right time.

Have held various roles within Morrisons from Security Shift Supervisor, Site Supervisor, and Assistant Security Manager, My current role is that of Loss Prevention Officer.

Headed a team of Security Officers with the task to investigate and reduce store claims in relation to Primal Meat Orders. Ensuring that store picks were accurate and all claims contested. This resulted in average monthly store claims falling from £21,000 per month to £215.
