My role as senior manager was to work closely with the construction director to be commercially aware of the companies’ finances and goals’ so as to maintain profitability, to support my contracts managers and the site managers, to help bring all contracts in within budget and to program and to strive to achieve zero defects at all times.

Responsibilities to withhold the company’s health and safety policy to provide a high standard of training for all our operatives, to Asses and monitor all our risk assessments and method statements and CDM requirements, to attend all pre contracts meetings to carry out post contract reviews for all our own trades men, along with all subcontractors so as to maintain a high standard of work.

I have been very successful in working within a team to achieve a high level of communication and to provide technical knowledge and practical experience to solve problems so as not to have any delays to the contracts, leasing with Architects designers’ and specialist contractors, to chair site meetings produce a programme of works and to distribute to all relevant parties.

To be very client facing and to gain an understanding what the clients Ames and goals are for the contract, so as to deliver a completed contract to a very high standard and to demonstrate value for money
