EMPLOYMENT HISTORY:

Christmas 2014 Red Cross (1 week placement)

Duties: I worked on a voluntary basis in a Red Cross Shop where I assisted in all of the general shop duties. I had to ensure the shop was tidy at all times and free from any potential health and safety risks. I always ensure that I delivered great customer service as well as ensuring I completed all my given tasks to a high standard within a time frame.

2005 - Present Full time parent

Duties: During this time I remained at home to care for my family were I gained a range of transferable skills including time management, organisation, budgeting, encouraging personal development, healthy eating, organising social activities.

Other Experience I have just completed a 4 week retail routeway course run through Vocational Services, were I gained a valuable insight to the most up to date retail environment including sales, leadership, customer service and people skills. I have also completed Pre-Employment training course where I have gained qualifications in customer service skills.
