Roles and Responsibilities: Conceptual design, Functional Requirements and Basis for Design.

December 2007- Feb. 2013: ENI US Operating (Houston - Contractor)

Position: Project Controls lead

Projects: Development of various fields in North Slope, Alaska, as well as Gulf of Mexico.

Roles and Responsibilities: Managing Cost and Schedule for $3 billion portfolio of Oil & Gas projects in multiple locations. I used creative techniques to avoid cost and schedule over-runs.

Tools Used: PDMS, Primavera P6, MS-Project, SAP and SIGEP.

April 2006- July 2006: PG&E (San Luis Obispo, CA)

Position: Project Controls Engineer for multiple projects in Diablo Canyon Nuclear power plant.

Roles and Responsibilities: Project Controls aspects of the Functional systems engineering. I devised a database to resolve competition between different activities for Shared Services. Used a set of robust risk management (FORES/BORES) and change management processes to minimize negative surprises.

Project: Salman offshore Oilfield development program, Persian Gulf. $850 Million.

Roles and Responsibilities: In addition to supervising several contractors’ progress, I was responsible for preparing project performance reports and presenting to the Oil ministry on monthly basis. Have implemented a consistent management system for all project phases (Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Installation, Commissioning and Start-up).

2002-2003: Agip/Eni (SADRA shipyard, Bushehr, Iran)

Position: Project “Planning & Control” Manager in SADRA fabrication yard.

Roles and Responsibilities: In addition to overseeing project execution plans, I was in charge of Job Sequencing and validation of fabricator’s invoices. Modules weight control was one of my technical responsibilities in this project. I prepared detailed schedule in Primavera P3 and summary levels (WBS and CBS) plans in SAP.

2000-2002: Joint venture of PIDECO (Iranian) and DAELIM (Korean) Co.’s – Assaluyeh, Iran
