Human Resources Manager/ Payroll Manager, Metcam INC, Alpharetta, GA 30004 2007 to Present

*Managed all ranges of HR functions including payroll process for (320) employees, benefits/401k stock option plans, bonus plans for hourly and salaried employees, open enrollment, HRM database maintenance, HR policy development, employee recruitment and screening, staff training and development, new hire orientation, and the use of the HRIS portal in SAP. Created a diversity program to attract talent from various backgrounds, developed a performance management and employee online training program, and completed compensation research analysis and job analysis design. I worked with software designers to create an online introduction to our benefits programs for new hires.
