1. NEAL & BIN HARMAL HYDRO EXPORT.(NBHH)

Designation : Site Engineer (Civil)

Brief description of the project:- @ Oil & Gas Project, Offshore (West Island)

Project involves construction of roads, General civil works, pilling works, pile caps, pre-engineered buildings, underground piping, Aoc Trenches and Drainage works, sea water intake & outfall, Sea water intake retaining wall for West Island.

Responsibilities:-

Site Execution of work as per drawings/ specifications.

Execute steel as per approved structural design.

Check the shuttering and reinforcement according to structural and architectural drawing, before commencement of concreting work.

Study of the related documents such as drawings, Electrical drawings, plans etc.

Supervision of the working labour to ensure strict conformance to methods, quality and safety.

Prepare weekly / monthly progress reports and presentation for management and client

Checking the quality of RCC works such as foundations, columns, beams, walls and slabs etc.

Coordinating the strength of grade as per the requirements.

Attending the client meeting regarding the status of work.

To prepare drawings for construction methodology with alternative methods according to different site conditions and construction sequences for precast and cast-in-situ super structure.

Brief description of the project:-

Project involves construction of Buildings which includes Administration buildings, canteen building, Occupational health centre, Fire Station building, Laboratory building, Control rooms, Sub stations and construction of process units which includes Raw water treatment plants, Effluent treatment plants, Cooling towers, De-mineralizing plant, Captive power plants, Nitrogen plant, Sulphur recovery unit, Dew Point Depression units, Condensate Stabilization units. The project also includes the construction of raw water reservoirs, Fire Water reservoir, and fabrication of storage tanks, structural members and pipe lines.

JOB PROFILE / KEY ROLES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Maintaining quality standards for all structural works.

Inspection of cement for its properties such as visual condition, consistency, Setting time, Fineness, soundness test, Compressive strength and tests on concrete such as Slump, Compression strength.

Inspection of bricks for Water absorption, crushing strength etc.

Witnessing field calibration of batching plants.

Pre-concrete inspection involving inspection of shuttering / scaffolding for its line, level and rigidity, plumpness, dimensions and placing of reinforcement with reference to the approved drawing.

Check the detailed survey and Lay-out of structures before the execution of construction activities.

Inspection of aggregates for its physical properties such as Sieve analysis, elongation index, flakiness index, aggregate impact value, abrasion tests etc.

Reviewing of documents such as BBS and pour cards, lab test reports.

Verification of dimensions w.r.t drawings & tolerances before and after concreting.

3. NAGARJUNA CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED.
