Check all retunes& filled in time like ER1, Annexure-19, ER6, ER5, ER4, ER7 & ST-3 for Service Tax.

Apply for new UT1 or B1 Bond for Export and renew in time, Maintain Bond Register, filling refund claims in time .

Maintain Appeals files., like Appeal to Dy. Commissioner, Commissioner, Tribunal .

Attend audit like Internal Co’s audit, Central Excise department audit EA-2000 & AG Audit.

Preparation of replies against show cause notice/Audit queries/Central Excise Officials.

Lead the team around 30 employee, held internal review meeting and attend external companies review meeting.

Related to Dispatch.

Daily touch with Production & QA department for receivable finished goods and make dispatch planning as advised by Marketing department. Or Planning dept.

Collect quotation from transporters and put in management meeting for future transportation.

Call to transporters as per dispatch advised by Marketing department. Or Planning dept.

Check a vehicle as per our goods requirement and as per RTO rules.

Check all documents as per Central Excise & VAT Rules.

Raw Material Store related

Daily in touch with Purchase Department for receivable Raw Material.

As received RM at gate check weight and check all documents as per Central Excise Rules.

Intimate to QC department for collect sample and we unload a RM as per safety norms, advised by QC department.

Check RM stock Register, Send stock data daily to production and Purchase department for further there action.

Verified fiscally stock monthly and send data to Accounts department, attend co’s internal audits, ISO certification audit and issue a data as there requirement.

Monitor & control of material issues & consumable issues.

Responsible for internal & external audit related to stores.

Inventory turnover ratio.

Disposal of slow moving, non moving items.

Related to Export Documents.

As per PO of party and advise by marketing give intimation in advance to Range Superintendent.

As received container to call Excise Sup & Inspector, make ARE1, Commercial Invoice, packing list etc, discussed with management how to Export the FG under LUT or with payment of duty.

Check ARE1. Packing list duly sign by Excise Sup & Inspector and separate the Export documents for Container, Excise department and C&F Agent.

Send all Export documents to C&F agent for there further Customs documentations, collect ARE1(Buff & Original copy), Bill of Entry, Bill of shipping & Mat receipt after Export for filing Anexure-19(Proof of Export) and Excise duty refund.

Related to Logistics

Held meeting with transporter for complains received from parties regarding shortage of material, Damage of material etc and short out the problems by help of transporters.

When receipt of truck for dispatch the material, check the documents related to RTO Rules.

Fixed up freight charges for dispatches on to be billed, or as per advise of consignee.

To collect road permit from consignee or from marketing dept.

Maintain all records for company’s vehicle.
