In my time at Galloway group I was a very experienced Machine Operator/Setter with over 10 years invalu- able experience, of successfully overseeing and completing Machinery change over from conception to completion. Having a proven ability to improve efficiency by finding solutions to complex customer problems, all to tight work schedules.

I am currently looking for a position in a progressive company. My most recent achievement is, that I was awarded a promotion to Assistant Maintenance Fitter, due to my 10 year experience and knowledge of the machinery and my outstanding skills in problem solving. I was deemed a successful candidate through a recruitment agency to join Galloways Group, April of 2005, and put to work in the Ductmate Access Doors Department. With in short time I was promoted to Press Operator/Setter. I triumphed in this roll and then Selected to be trained as a Roller-Former Operator/Setter. In this roll I provided, an better overall final quality product. Duties in Galloway Group

• Developed a manual and troubleshooting guide, for Roller-Former machine. This gave me assistance in training technicians and provided assistance for them in my absence.

• Making sure all safety precautions are taken.

• Roller-former Operator/Setter achieved this responsibility for my technical problem solving skills and extensive on the job experience.

• Reactive mechanical maintenance support, during both normal and out of hour periods.

• Communicating with supervisors, co-workers and subordinates by telephone, e-mail, or in person.

• Calibrating automated machine and equipment for Roller-Former, which produces the Duct-mate product Flange, for the H.V.A.C. joining ducting System.

• Regularly making dimensional orientation and materials checks and comparisons.

• Performing miscellaneous maintenance duties as required.
