As a small child I was always curious of how things worked and if something were broken, I was determined to fix it. With the short time of being at the Kraft Foods in Federalsburg, Maryland, I have learned many things already. I am the type of person that feels, you are never too old or too experienced to learn something new. I am a tasked minded person and like to stay busy. There isn’t anything I’m not willing to learn. I am a team player and many times at Burris I jumped in and worked the lines with the other workers, when I had free time.
Sincerely,
Rodney W. Elston
