Personal Summary:

I am a highly motivated and hardworking individual and have developed my research skills through performing experiments in several laboratories within my university as well as summer internships in Switzerland. At SUNY at Buffalo, I have carried out titrations, gravimetric analysis, fractional distillation, spectroscopy and spectrophotometric analysis, organic syntheses, calorimetric analysis, chromatography, etc. In Lausanne, I was introduced to biological methods of analysis such as DNA extraction, PCRs, propagating cell lines, basic cloning procedures, etc. I was also an undergraduate research assistant in a social science lab for over a year. I am currently seeking a position within a laboratory to build upon a keen interest in science. I also have domestic mobility and am willing to move immediately.
