Feburary 2016-Present : JABL OMAR PHASE 2 S3 & S4

Involved in validating Technical specification and drawings. Estimate quantities & takeoff from approved shop drawings. Preparation of purchase request in line with approved material submittals (MTS),follow-up of PO with procurement team, ensuring swift delivery to site. Raising MIR (Material Inspection Request) and approval from client/consultant. Preparation of As Built drawings.

Providing clearances for MEP and Finishing.

Responsible for the site work implementation and documentation in order to achieve the project target completion date.

ICAD (INNOVATIVE CONTRACTOR FOR ADVANCED DIMENSIONS) August 2015-Present : ABRAJ KUDAI(KUDAI TOWERS)

Interacting with clients to ensure reasonable understanding of system and their requirement.

Coordinating with sales representatives & contractors, carrying out scheduled routine Servicing within defined time & cost parameters ensuring compliance with quality standards and project specifications.

Study all material submittals and technical proposals. Review shop drawings of Fire Alarm and Access control system. Ensuring that the first and second fix is being done according to drawings and installation details.

Coordinate with consultant for inspection of site works. 2014-August 2015 : MOI HAJJ BUILDINGS(MENA,MUZDALLIFA,ARAFAT) Study all design drawings, and project specifications. Preparation of shop drawings.

Design and site Coordination with other disciplines, i.e. architectural, electrical, mechanical contractors.

Re-Design SLD matching all project specifications and drawings to Edwards’s fire alarm system.

Prepare all documents for consultant approval (riser diagram, voltage drop calculation, loop calculations).

Procurement of material, material takeoff, following up with logistics procurement department.

Arranging and controlling site teams, machinery and materials for daily works. Proven track record of handling manpower teams up to 100 personnel, including Site engineer, site supervisors and team leaders.

Site Execution of all Fire Alarm system works in accordance with international standards

(NFPA, NEC, IEC,UL etc.) and project tender specifications . Installation and programming of EST 3 Fire Alarm control panel and signature series devices. Testing and commissioning of EST3 panel.

Installation of Avigilon CCTV cameras (Dome and PTZ). Installation of security Access control (Software House). Installation of Public Address and evacuation speakers (BOSCH). Complying with all requests, technical queries and comments and handing over to consultant.

Hold Safety and security systems training for client after project handing over 2013-2014 : KING ABDUL AZIZ INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT(JEDDAH) Design Optimization and conducting Value Engineering of security systems. Material Submittals according to project specifications. Responsible for the Shop Drawings generation (Design and As Built). Preparation of typical installation details for site execution.
