PROJECT:

Project :Infinitely Variable Transmission System (Lester Mechanism). Details :This project aims at developing automatic transmission vehicle system. The main goal of this project is to change gear automatically using Lester Mechanism (Automatic selecting gear ratio). A high torque CVT is very hard to manufacture, due to limitation of power loss during clutch engagement and disengagement. This is the reason why theory of IVT was put forth by “Sir William Terry Lester”. In this project we have replaced the gear box. Instead of gear box we have used Lester Mechanism to control and run vehicle. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and Planning.

• Construction of Vehicle.

• Project Documentation and Presentation.
