OCCUPATIONAL REVELATION

Managing overall accounting activities i.e. proper and timely closure of books of accounts and finalization of books of accounts for final auditing and management review.

Calculation of Advance Tax of the company and ensuring timely deposit of the same.

Ensuring timely issuance of tax saving declaration forms to employees for obtaining their investment plans during the financial year.

Filling all tax deducted at source returns with the authorities within the due dates.

Overseeing entire income tax related affairs like filing of annual returns, assessment, issuance of Form-16 & 16A, Tax audit and liaison with tax authorities.

Monitoring the Sales Tax process preparation and ensuring the timely issuance of all TDS certificates, submission of quarterly returns of sales made and sales tax deducted, deposit of sales tax at different branches, issuance of different sales tax forms, sales tax assessment in different states, liaison with sales tax authorities, etc.

Handling Service tax activities and the audits conducted by Central excise department.

Ensuring timely deposit of taxes and filling of half yearly returns.

Managing all aspects of Payroll accounting and ensure on-time preparation of salary and making provisions for benefits/ deductions in books of accounts.

Preparing project feasibility reports and profitability analysis and expansion activities.

Conduct periodic inventory and WIP valuations and making provision for the same in books of accounts.

Coordinate with all concerned departments for the preparation of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) as well as Monthly Operating Plan (MOP) & monitoring the MOP on monthly basis for sales, variable cost, overheads, financial charges etc. with proper analysis and reasoning for management review discussion.

Reviewing compliance to the budgetary plans and conducting variance analysis.

Preparing analytical reports on the status of business.

Coordinating and ensuring timely preparation of various monthly MIS including statutory compliance reports.

Review of Monthly MIS and Statutory reports; taking actions on exceptions before final presentation to the Management.
