Making letters to the consultant, sub-contractors, supplier and ensuring that proper records are maintained at all times.

Organize Project Director’s diary schedule.

Responsible for receiving, circulating and all incoming and outgoing faxes, emails and hand deliveries.

Maintenance a complete file/log of all documents.

Preparing Daily & Weekly Site Report.
