Mechanical Engineering Management

I am part of engineering team and my responsibilities included:

Working on the Engineering, Procurement and Construction of mechanical specialty package equipment of for three Encana Natural gas compression and refrigeration plants.

Responsible for the control and execution for these multiple mechanical packaged equipment from technical aspects and project management.

Prepare, review and approve of bid packages, specifications, engineering drawings, work packages and quality plans, project execution plans, design basis memoranda and other project documents.

Monitor progress of contracts, attend site visits and vendor shop visits to witness Functional test activities, schedule progress meetings, risk mitigation plans.
