Effectively communicated the scope of the exam, the nature of all violations, and negotiated resolution to disputed items, with the Board of Directors, Supervisory Committee, and CEO/Manager before, during, and after compliance/insurance examinations.

While communicating with officials I routinely assessed their knowledge of the credit unions operations and various rules, regulations, and laws.
