National Credit Union Administration - Dallas, TX - October 2011 to November 2015 Experience in the supervision and examination of credit unions with assets ranging from $1MM - $1.5B and CAMEL Ratings from 1 to 4.

As part of the supervision process I reviewed Call Reports, Financial Performance Reports, and Risk Reports for loan, deposit, asset, capital, and various other financial performance indicators, to assess the overall health of the credit union and identify adverse trends that may require enhanced supervision efforts. (RESPA); Flood Insurance Act; Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA-Regulation B); Fair Credit Reporting Act; Fair Debt Collection Practices Act; Electronic Fund Transfers Act (Regulation E) and NACHA Rules; Right to Financial Privacy Act; Fair and Accurate Credit Transaction Acts (FACTA); and Unfair and Deceptive Acts or Practices (UDAP).

Assessed the following risk in credit unions: Credit, Liquidity, Interest Rate, Compliance, Strategic, Transaction, and Reputation risk in an effort to effectively assign an overall CAMEL rating. Effectively communicated the scope of the exam, the nature of all violations, and negotiated resolution to disputed items, with the Board of Directors, Supervisory Committee, and CEO/Manager before, during, and after compliance/insurance examinations.

While communicating with officials I routinely assessed their knowledge of the credit unions operations and various rules, regulations, and laws.

Upon completion of exams, I provided the credit union with a comprehensive written report that outlined and explained their risk profile, CAMEL rating, any deficiencies, corrective actions, and recommendations for improvement.
