I was headhunted to run the Corporate Banking Division in the bank’s quest to become a major player within the Ghanaian banking industry.
tRestructured the Corporate Banking Division into business functional towers and established the Corporate Banking Team as the number one revenue earner in the bank, accounting for more than 50% of total revenue.
tSpearheaded the partnership arrangement between First Atlantic Bank and Airtel Ghana resulting in the integration of the bank’s payment and collection platforms with Airtel’s Mobile Money wallet.
t Established the bank as a player in the financing of licensed buying companies within the cocoa value chain as well as the downstream sector of the Oil and Gas industry focusing on the top ten companies.
