Jumped at the opportunity to lead a new team focused on creating a brand new Population Health product and have been managing that team’s projects for three years.

Accomplishments

● Core Member of the company’s Agile Committee which shifted a 45 year old company away from deeply ingrained Waterfall methods

● Led multiple scrum teams from initiation and requirement gathering through delivery on numerous major software releases

● Worked directly with Early Adopter sites to ensure proper deliverables were built

● Maintained open communication between the technical team and stakeholders including executive leadership throughout the Population Health product’s creation
