The project involves the voltage stability assessment of power system when a wind generation using DFIG is penetrated into power system using voltage collapse proximity indicator (VCPI).
Developed a 9 bus system using Simulink in MATLAB the code to assess the VCPI stability Index.
The system becomes voltage stable when DFIG is integrated at the weakest bus. Also system is more voltage stable when the level of wind penetration is higher as it gives a better voltage profile. Title: Remote Billing of Energy-meter.
The project involved the study of instrumentation, recording the data and making an error free billing for the consumer. It helps Electricity Boards to handle billing system smoothly and also help them to give quality service to its customer without any kind of problems.
Designed and built a prototype of Remote billing of Energy Meter.
Accurate meter reading and billing. Meter reading can be taken even under the door locked cases. The amount of man power consumption decreased considerably and recording of energy meter reading and preparation of bills were simplified. Record can be maintained for five years and is recommended to transfer the data into another storing device like floppy disc.
