PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

From October 2011, I am working as a Parts Counter Sales Advisor in M/s Oasis Trading & Equipments Co., Muscat, Sultanate of Oman which is a Group of Companies MOHAMAD ABDUL RAHMAN AL BAHAR the Organizations is an authorized dealer of CATERPILLAR Machinery & Spare Parts in GULF Region.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist customers with selecting and identifying parts needed for a project;

Coordination with Workshop and supplying parts as per their requirement;

Preparing the Daily Shipment & Quotations;

Preparing the Backorders of Parts from Factory & other branches;

Coordination with Warehouse Staff for maintaining warehouse and receiving of shipment from International Suppliers;

Binning of All Shipment coming from factory or other branches;

Replenish inventory on a daily basis;

Manage the Accounts / Cash of daily parts sales;

From May 2010 to August 2011, I worked as ADMINISTRATOR / SALES EXECUTIVE in AL RABEH HEAVY EQUIPMENT SPARE PARTS LLC in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. The organization is an authorized dealer of DONALDSON filters in Oman and deals in Heavy Equipment Spare parts of Caterpillar & Komatsu.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordination with suppliers and place Orders as per requirement of customers;

Follow up with customers / suppliers by email & fax for timely dispatch of items and spare parts orders;

Send offers to international customers and follow-up with them till receipt of payment and arrange dispatch of items;

Preparation of monthly stock and sales statement of each brand separately and send it to respective suppliers;

Reconcile all Accounts Statement & Prepare Monthly Accounts Statement;

Handling all types of inquires on telephone, email and fax;

Insurance matters of shipment;

Working regarding dispatching the items from all over the gulf;

Preparation of Purchase Orders and Quotations;

Other miscellaneous secretarial duties such as preparation of routine letters, service contracts, reports, etc;

From September 2009 to May 2010, I worked as SECRETARY & OFFICE/SALES ASSISTANT in AL-QURUM GROUP OF COMPANIES, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. The organization deals in Branded Watches & Designer Jewellery having exclusive agency and Sales Outlets in Luxury Hotels & Commercial Centres in Sultanate of Oman.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordination with Showroom staff and place Orders as per requirement of customers;
