Working Experience

Present I am working as a Production Supervisor in Pearl Beverages Limited from SEP-2012 to tilldate (4.2 YEARS),consumer of PepsiCo(ISO 22000) certified company in Guntur,Andhra Pradesh,India.

Pearl Beverages is the joint venture of PEPSICO, leading beverages and pulp manufacturer foods limited, one of the India’s largest growth food processing industries.

PEARL BEVARAGE LIMITED, One of the largest food processing industries in India. It consists of 6- lines, 3 pet lines & 3 glass lines. Pet lines consist of (1) CSD (2) RO WATER (3) Hot FILL.

Job activities

I have good knowledge about Bottle Recipe setting,Trouble Shooting and take Maintenance resonsibility of Linear Stretch Blow Moulding Machines like Sidel Synergy SR2/4 WL,Sidel Synergy SR2/4 N-Series Carbonated Soft Drinks(CSD),Sidel Synergy SR2/4 N-Series Hot Resources(HR) and Sidel Synergy SR 2/4 ECO machines.

I am handling 7 Blow Moulding machines.

Responsible of bottle parameters like bottle weight distribution,bottle Top loads and stress crack tests.

Man power handling.

Responsible for achieving LP (LINE PRODUCTIVITY).

Job profile

Looking after operations and Maintenance of Linear Stretch Blow Moulding machines.

Production planning and Manpower adjustment as per production planning.

Ensure availability of Raw material for the planned production.

Coordinating with ware house department to achieve the required production to meet dispatches.

Conducting safety meetings for lower level workers grade.

Continous following and achieving various yields of Preforms and cartoons.

Handling the packing machines like Shrink Wrapper,Stretch Wrapper and Cartoon sealing machines.

Following with Maintenance department to take Preventive maintenance of Blow Moulding machines,fillers,labellers and pneumatic conveyor systems.

Coordinating with QC regarding Batch preparation and Bottle Quality.

Responsible for good housekeeping and to maintain Hygiene conditions in the shop floor.

Playing a Vital role in audits like AIB, ISO 22000 and GQA.

Checking the daily production log and preparing MIS.

Implementing of 5-S in shop floor.

Overall monitoring & controlling of production activities on the line.

Resolving the line issues and maintaining GHK & GMP’S.

To find all necessary means to minimize the wastage.

Maintenance

Ensure CLIT activities are done on all equipment’s as per plan.

Carry out breakdown maintenance for equipment on the line.

Ensure weekly maintenance of equipment’s as per plan.

Work on specific Loss Elimination projects on line.
