SapuraKencana Petroleum Berhad WSLNG Train 1 & Train 2 Module Yard Client: Bechtel Owner: Chevron Lumut, Malaysia Assistant Project Engineer Jun 2014 - Present Appointed to lead Wheatstone Warehouse Close-out Management team for clearing project materials includes over 26,000 linear meters pipe, 25,000 pcs fittings, flanges and valves, 6,000 metric tons Structural surplus materials and 3,000 metric tons scrap metals. Managing, coordinating and planning for execution of materials movement and traceability with highest Safety and Quality to avoid reworks. Expediting with Clients, Logistic team and vendor for logistic arrangement within yard and jetty to meet materials shipment schedule.

Overseeing all aspects of insulation within 42 modules, within this scope consists over 20,000 linear meters of cryogenic, cold and hot pipework and 4,000 m2 of cryogenic equipment. Coordinating all work scope activities to achieve project targets. Managing subcontractor to ensure the correct manning levels are sourced, providing technical assistance to supervision and craft personnel to ensure all specifications and applications are meet to the highest standards, auditing material fabrication and application, quality and progress reporting. Supporting daily safety meetings to ensure all operatives understand and carry out activities in the safest manner by leading by example. Managing and Monitoring a multi-national workforce for Fireproofing activities, planning available workfronts to achieve schedule, Ensuring work is carried out to a high standard, within a safe manner to reach both company and clients targets.

Coordinating with various Discipline and Department to ensure Structural Materials delivery on schedule to keep the productivity maintained and meet project deadline. Supervising Outfitting installation and completion prior to sailaway of modules and ensure Engineering Drawing meet the specification from Client.
