oWorks as Storekeeper away from base in Jeddah Saudi Arabia for Saudi Red Crescent Authority Air Ambulance.
oReceive and sort incoming parts and supplies
oIn charge in logistical movement of operation such as shipping and monitoring insuring shipment is arrived on time.
oCheck for proper documentation of the spare parts such as release certificate, and history to insure correct parts has been supplied
oChecking for possible damage of parts during transit and insure proper tags has been attached for the damage parts.
oStore items in an orderly manner and accessible in a bonded store, tool room, consumables room and other area.
oSupply the parts to be fitted to the aircraft when its needed.
oMaintain calibration date for tools and self-life for consumable items
oTools are arranged as per use of aircraft, sending tools for calibration
oInsure all ground equipment and ground handling tools are accurately usable and calibrated
oPrepare requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies
oAdvised planners and internal users on appropriateness of parts, supplies or materials requested
oPack or ship inventory or maintenance and repair parts to destination
oTake inventory or examine parts to identify items to be reordered or replenished
oDispatching unserviceable parts for repair, and notify relevant internal department for disposition
oIssuing parts for the fleet of aircraft rotary BELL 412/212/206 Agusta Westland 139 fix wing Bombardier DHC-8-200,DHC-8-300, Cesna.
oCoordinates away from base, coordinator from main hub office and requesting quote for the spare parts
oSubmitting reports for the monthly consumable of spare parts
oAssisting engineers for aircraft inspection 25hr inspection.
