City and Islington College 2011-2014: I studied for 3 years on two different courses at City and Islington College; Centre for Business, Arts and Technology, where I completed a level 3 extended diploma in art and design, fashion and clothing in which I achieved a Merit Merit Pass. I then went on to study a foundation degree with textiles pathway for a year from 2013-2014 and I achieved a Merit Merit Pass.

Previous work experience:

2014-October 2016 . In august 2014 I started working for SoftPlayEssex which is a growing business catering for parents and children of early years. Softplayessex provide numerous facilities and classes to get children involved in play and to engage them with development and motive skills. Since joining the business we opened our very first Mothercare Play facility in Edmonton, London. My role as Play supervisor and administrator. since opening our first Softplay facility we have now opened our second franchise in Romford and also a Softplay café in Purfleet along with messy play sessions running in nunerous venues. My role within the business consisted of party planning and bookings, customer enquiries via telephone and email, assigning staff their shifts and general assistance and supervision of the play areas while open for public use. as well as this I would be responsible for the care of children, the activities they engage with and ensuring the facilities and equipment were kept clean and safe.

November -January 2013-2014 I worked through the festive season at the Old White Horse pub/restaurant. I spent my time there as both kitchen staff and waitressing. My General role was to prepare starters/deserts and drinks during the day and waitressing in the late afternoon and evening.

Further information:

In my current position at Mothercare Play I have gained valuable customer service skills and I have developed a positive attitude to dealing with difficult customers. Here, I have undergone first aid training twice.

I completed two weeks work experience at Toni&Guy Hairdressing salon in Marylebone road in the February of 2011. Here, my role was assistant hairdresser where I would greet the customers, make light refreshments and maintain the shop floor keeping it clean and presentable.

Interests and Hobbies:

Besides my Fashion and textiles work from home I enjoy doing location photo shoots of my work which includes a lot of traveling. I have also recently taken some kite surfing lessons which was different from what I would usually do but I have found it quite exciting. Usually on my day off I will spend it with family or friends out to eat or at home.
