Responsible for the monitoring and controlling of HVAC System including chillers (Trane, 400 Tons),Boilers, pumps, air handling units, fan coil units, fresh air handling units, Package Units, variable air volume constant air volume kitchen exhaust fan,. Water tank supply level alarm.

Responsible for monitor and control the Fire pump system, electrical system, motors, generators, substations, R.O Plant system, sewerage pump, ventilation and elevator control in the building.

Responsible for the maintenance of BMS equipment, VFD, actuators, temperature sensors, DPS, DPT, VAV controller, CAV controller, smoke detectors, humidity fire and trouble shooting of DDC panels (Siemens (PXG3L) Building Management System (DESIGO Insight).

Responsibility : Operating LS Direct Fire Absorption Chiller, Capacity

(600 ton), McQuay water cooled screw Chiller Capacity (110 ton).

Installation AHUs, FCUs, Humidifiers Secondary and Primary pumps, Johnson’s controls BMS Equipment Metasys.

Maintains and repairs electrical components of computerized Building Management System (BMS), Air Handling Units, Variable Air Volume devices and fan coil units in order to operate in auto mode and to optimize energy use.

Maintenance of right conditions (Mostly natural ventilation) in the buildings achieving best energy efficiency performances.

Operates various measuring, diagnostic and testing instruments and maintains electronic testing equipment.
