MAIN DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
Preparations of recruitment file to acquire new group of employment visa
Issue work contract with overseas recruitment agencies and prepare visa authorization letter and power of attorney authenticated by competent government authorities.
Management of manpower recruitment process in coordination with overseas recruiting agencies in the country of origin.
Implementation of recruitment plans to streamline mobilization.
Provision of manpower pricing to study and research division in marketing department.
Organize and develop contractual relationship with overseas recruitment agencies.
Coordinating with regional managers and service managers the manpower requirements for newly awarded project.
Participation in selecting of manpower in foreign countries.
Execute periodical inspections to branches and areas to make sure that we have recruited the right manpower.
Develop business relationship with overseas labor attaché to amicably solve labor dispute to maintain the company and employee interest.
