Throughout my working life I have worked as a valued member of team in my entire job roles. I feel that teamwork is of the utmost importance and leads to excellence in quality of service provided. Working as a senior member of staff in my most recent roles involved delivering effective team management, support and supervision to all staff and colleagues. I hold excellent communication and people skills through experience gained which I feel is essential and work effectively as part of a team whilst following policy and procedure at all time.


Throughout my working life my entire job roles have involved dealing directly with the general public in which, I have delivered excellent customer service at all times to ensure the service provided has been to the highest standard. My most recent job roles involved working with the general public on a continued basis allowing me to gain a high standard of experience in communication and competency skills ensuring dignity and respect for others are ensured at all times. I provided support to staff and customers directly as a senior staff member which included problem solving and management of difficult situations.


My main job role in my most recent and some previous jobs involved handling and being in charge of large amounts of cash. I was responsible and accountable as an inspector at a casino for ensuring that all pay-outs made where correct and for accounting for all monies taken during a shift. I have gained a great deal of experience, confidence and ability within this area and am at all times trustworthy. Duties recently involved totalling monies paid and taken, paying customers directly and safety depositing.


I work best under pressure and have ongoing experience of working in busy environments with team members and the general public. Working in casinos within my role as an inspector could involve been required to attend a number of situations at a given time whilst insuring regular duties were carried out to a continued high standard. I worked effectively in time management and service delivery despite a fast pace and pressures involved, I work best from experience when faced with difficult situations.


Effective time management and prioritisation of job roles where of the utmost importance throughout and especially within my two most recent jobs. Working as an inspector involved being called to various areas of the casino to supervise or make a decision over a given situation whilst ensuring that high standard or customer service and delivery were maintained at all times. I am proud to have held an impeccable time management and sickness record throughout my career.


I worked as a Pit boss and Inspector in my most recent jobs which included working as a senior member of a team. Duties included managing and providing supervision to colleagues, decision making, team building and appropriate delegation of duties. I have worked as a mentor and trainer to newly employed and experienced members of staff.
