December 2014 To Till date: Currently working in Yunus Textile Mills Ltd as a senior merchandiser.

Handling the clients in European region ( Future Home, JYSK, El-Corte, Intermarche)

Responsible for offshore and local marketing of Home textile products.

Responsible to take care of customers sampling requirements.

Responsible of managing Order Sourcing and finalizations to shipments.

In hand orders planning from greige to shipment.

Managing greige fabric of projection & confirm orders

Fabric working to finalize the greige to finish width & optimum cut sizes.

Ensuring the test requisition, samples and all required information are completed in all

aspects, before proceeding the samples to the laboratory.

Prepare the proforma invoice for customer according to INTERTEK price list.

Ensure that all payment settled before any work proceeds.

Prepare and issue the work sheet corresponding to the customer requirements.

Coordinating with other members of the staff of the laboratory for matter related to tests.

Answering enquiries from clients on test standard, procedures, results and charges.

Monitoring the progress of the tests and liase with the Laboratory Superior to ensure that the tests are completed within the stipulated time.

Maintaining all communication received from the buyers in order.

Registering the complaints received from clients.

Email the test reports to the customer.

April 2012 To November 2013:Yunus Textile Mills Ltd as a system Improvement engineer.

Implementation, Control and Follow up’s of Traceability system.

Assigning bar code on griege fabric and take follow up to ensure the traceability system.

Different procedure (Griege receiving till dispatched) is converting from manual to oracle system in the department.

Numbers of oracle forms regarding bar code are developed with the help of M.I.S department.

Analyze the quality of griege fabric and maintain the good quality of fabric.

Monitoring the fabric width by installing the moveable scale on each inspection frames.

Introduce and implementation of penalty points system to the lower management for improving the quality

Improvement in material handling.

Sub supplier wise issuance of griege fabric to wet-processing (Segregation and identification).

Conduct trainings for quality controller and middle management.
