Position Technical Operations

Daily Duties:

• Overseeing and managing the day to day running and carrying out maintenance of effluent treatment works and pumping stations.

• Ensuring operations comply with Statutory and Company policies and health and safety procedures.

• Helping maintain effective communication with colleagues and other departments and in a friendly, helpful manner.

• Undertaking recording onsite process sampling and laboratory analysis.

Working within a CCTV / Alarm or Control Centre environment

• A solid understanding of security systems including CCTV, Intrusion Detection, Access Control and Security Management Software

With a full technical and operating understanding of water, sewage, incineration and effluent treatment works within the utilities industry.

•Undertake materials movements, requisition materials from stock and monitor efficiency of inventory;

•Monitor the status of the site utilities; trouble shoot and problem solve to support loss prevention culture;

Hobbies & Interests

I enjoy the working out at the gym and I am involved with a local pub golf group I very much enjoy being part of the team. More recently, I assumed the role of sports coordinator and relished the chance to take control of organising golf cup events and react to a high-pressure social environment.
