Nature of Job descriptions.
I have to look after the construction/erraction matters and to ensure the accomplishment of job at quality level, from start to mills completion regarding all aspects.
As Office Manager I have to look after all human capital tasks relevant to employees compensations and benefits administration typically to control the employees leaves, wages, attendance & personal records.
With regard to ICD (Internal Control Department) I have full dedication to cover up the check & balance in Mills as well as in colony area and try to leave no stone unturned in security of Mills property.
The variety of dimensions according to my job description I had looked after the Labour Offic,, Main Store, Main Gates, Security, Accounts, Civil Work, Benefit Administration and Exchange department’s eras.
According to better serve the stake holders (Employees/Workers) I had also administrated the canteen, fair price shop, hotel and other utilities in Mill’s premises for quality and quantity assurance of foods at suitable price.
To ensure the proper administration of firm’s movable assets I had looked after the company vehicles as well as their due necessary maintenance.
According to neat & clean policies I had always kept the Mill’s premises neat & clean also maintained the landscaping work in Mill and residential area.
For updation in IT re-sourcing I had always tried to develop the suitable programs coordinating IT programmer.
To develop the ideal team I had been always at the doorstep of building the better team structure with initiative character.
