I have worked in the construction industry most of my adult working life, starting as a roustabout in the oil and gas industry and working up through the ranks. Aside from oil and gas operations, I was fortunate enough to also work in gravel pits and on surface projects for the trona industry. Throughout my work experience I have operated all types of heavy equipment including loader/backhoes, excavators, bulldozers, scrapers, articulated haul trucks, motor graders and others. Work experience coupled with continuing education has allowed me to work with and build teams that successfully managed startup offices and high growth environments while contracted to major organizations. We implemented new business segments with significant profit realization. Skills include operating machinery, planning, forecasting, budgeting, sales, management, and training. Safety and environmental best practices are key components for success.
