Understanding of Industry and Customer Specifications Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Award Received Recognition for work on prototype 16 Carry Multiple Ejector Rack Duties (03/08 to 11/14)

As a Receiving Inspector, I verified machine parts to various physical and chemical process. All physical process measurements were recorded and stored in job folders. Rejections were created as necessary.

As an In-Process Inspector, I verified various machine parts to DWG specifications during productions runs, using the granite plate and numerous inspection tools. SPC data was recorded on approx. 20% of castings and machined parts. I performed first article inspection reports for CNC set-ups, and filed accordingly. I created inspection plans from cross examining the work order instructions with DWG requirements. When other inspectors would validate first article approval, I would check their results. As a Final Inspector, I verified entire production lots for minor, major, and critical characteristics, per a sampling plan. I created AS9102 first articles using multiple hand tools, the optical comparator, and CMM results.

As a Hand Tool calibrator, I verified tool conditions, accuracy, and recorded measurements at 5 intervals using calibrated gage blocks onto calibration records. I organized all calibration records using simpletrak’s online software, ION.

(05/11 to 11/14)

As Lead Inspector, I verified receiving and in-process inspector results and set-ups, performed AS9102 first articles reports, created CMM part programs, and managed calibration recall system. I set priorities based on due date and configuration difficulty levels. I was responsible for 3 other inspector.

(07/12 to 03/15)

As 2nd shift Inspector, I performed first article inspection verifications for 3 buildings, performed final inspection on sheet metals parts verifying to mylars, customer tools, and hand tools, in addition to operating and programming the CMM and Romer Arm. I created AS9102, Net-Inspect, and DVI first articles, as well as put together cert packages, and create packing slips, utilizing Epicor’s ERP system, Vantage.

As an AS9100 Rev C compliance auditor, I audited various Klune processes to each processes’ procedure, IAW AS9101 standards.

(03/15 to 11/15)

As Lead CMM inspector, I program all new part numbers and schedule jobs for 3 CMMs. Per MBD requirements, I verify all PCDMIS imported models to customer models using Kubotek software. We run a Boeing Artifact verification on the CMMs to validate the machine’s repeatability within the OEM specifications. I operate two bridge machines simultaneously, verifying production runs, periodic customer tool calibration, and validating first article machine set-ups. I am responsible for two other CMM inspectors.

(11/15 to present)

As Lead 2nd shift Inspector, I set priorities to finish out daily requirements, and set up product to be sourced the following day. I programmed 2 CMMS and handled all machine first articles.
