RFP Coordinator – Marketing Department

Questions regarding our RFI’s (Request for Information) from several companies and consultants which presently have our health plans are forwarded to me so such answers can be inserted in our RFP’s (Request for Proposal). This is a required from new company and consultant. Other responsibilities within this position are to maintain an existent account and select health plan for our new accounts.

Purchasing Agent

Responsible for receivable merchandise, purchases of company materials, inventories, appraisals, Corporate petty cash, deal with suppliers, financial reports and generate purchase order.

Account Receivable Specialist

In charge of the company Health Plus subscribers, complete daily cash receipts, vouchers and bank deposits. Perform account analysis, bank reconciliation; perform collection of balance on overdue or canceled accounts crate and remit cancellation notice to insured with premiums due over the grace period stipulated on the insurance agreement.


Software: Knowledge of AMIPRO, Lotus, Microsoft Excel, Word, Hewlett Packard P/300, Word Perfect, Power Point.
