● Maintain up to date staff leave records and prepare accurate periodic leave reports after reconciliation with attendance register and other records.

● Act as focal point for suppliers or service providers for procurements and repair & maintenance activity.

● Undertake business travel, as required.

● Undertake any other activity that contributes to the smooth running and development of the office

● Any other assignment assigned by any competent authority. HR Duties

● Handling HR Operations

● Verification of documents of all out station hiring.

● Custody of personal files, primarily of Management staff regular.

● Custody of closed P/Files of ex employees and arranging their disposing off after a stipulated period in consultation with Head HR.

● Processing Annual Appraisals of Management staff of the Company, their Increments/ Promotions.

● Processing of final settlements of employees.

● Arrange and coordinate exit interviews of employees who left.

● To coordinate with department Heads/Supervisor for timely filling of Appraisal Forms.

● Circulate inter office memos among all staff.

● Taking the electronic attendance of all offices daily and compiles it for payroll.
