In flat grinding machine currentky three fixture is using for surface finishing the rotor product. The main purpose for surface finishing the rotor to weld the timing pin at the surface finished place. In current situation, the production of surface finishing the rotor in the range of1100-1200 pieces per day.

So we planned to increase the productivity and to reduce the man power and cycle time of the job.
