Cares for premature, low birth weight babies that may require supplemental oxygen or advanced care such as ventilators or incubators
Performs routine newborn screening test and hearing test
Participates in discharge planning
Equipments used: Mechanical ventilator, suction machine, infusion pump, syringe pump, radiant warmer, pulse oximeter, incubator, and nebulizer.
