Managed a team of 40+ responsible for income statement management, sales, portfolio management, value proposition enhancements, new product development, and brand advertising.

Consistently exceeded account and retention goals via the highest volume of new accounts being acquired.

Re-negotiated the Citi /AAdvantage program contract to extend the term of the agreement, enhanced business results, and mitigate risk in a changing regulatory environment.

Implemented new reporting and analysis practices to identify areas of risk within the portfolio and opportunities within the customer base to improve business performance. Vice President – Private Label Oil Planning & Control 1998 to 2001 Led a team of 11 responsible for planning and control duties for the oil credit card portfolio, which included 12MM customers with $3Bn in credit card receivables.

Managed the acquisition evaluation and financial integration of Shell, BP and Citgo portfolios; provided key support to evaluate, price and integrate one of the largest acquisitions in company history (SPS Inc. with

$2.4 billion in assets); led analytical and business support for the divestiture of the Voyager business.
